What MyF1Status Is

MyF1Status is an educational, planning, organization, and readiness product. It helps users organize F-1-related dates, readiness items, Life Events / Change & Guidance information, and related planning context.

Not Legal Advice

MyF1Status is not legal advice. It does not determine immigration status, legal eligibility, compliance, employment authorization, admissibility, or guaranteed outcomes. Users should confirm case-specific matters with appropriate official guidance, their DSO, employer immigration counsel where applicable, or qualified immigration counsel.

Free Public Beta

MyF1Status is currently offered as a Free Public Beta. No credit card is required, no new paid subscription purchase is required, and Public Beta access is not an automatically converting free trial. Some functionality may be identified as a Premium feature included free during Public Beta.

Founding Beta Members

Existing early users and users who create an eligible account on or before the eventual Public Beta closing cutoff are Founding Beta Members. When the MyF1Status Premium plan officially launches, eligible Founding Beta Members will receive 12 months of complimentary Premium access beginning on the Official Premium Plan Launch Date.

After the complimentary period ends, the account will move to the then-current Free plan unless the user explicitly chooses to purchase Premium. Founding Beta Members will not be automatically charged for Premium.

User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

Users are responsible for the information they enter, for reviewing it for accuracy, and for confirming important decisions with the appropriate official, school, employer, or legal resource. Users may not misuse the product, attempt to access another user's account or data, interfere with the service, submit harmful content or code, or use MyF1Status for unlawful activity.

Google Drive and Third-Party Services

Optional Google authentication and Google Drive document functionality depend on Google services. Historical billing relationships depend on Stripe. Public resources may point to government or other external resources. Third-party services and external resources are operated under their own practices and controls.

Beta Availability and Product Changes

During the Free Public Beta, features, labels, availability, public pages, and product behavior may change as MyF1Status is improved. We may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security concerns, unlawful activity, or attempts to interfere with the product or other users.

Updated Terms and Renewed Acceptance

New material Terms or Privacy Policy versions may require renewed acceptance before authenticated app use. Formatting or typo fixes may not require renewed acceptance unless the version is intentionally changed.
